Your stuff is yours

You own everything you upload — photos, annotations, notes, all of it. We don’t claim any rights to your content beyond what’s needed to run the service (storing it, displaying it to you, and showing shared pieces to other users when you choose to share).

Shared content

When you share a piece publicly, other Kilnside users can see it in the community feed. They can save it for inspiration and see which glazes you used. You can unshare at any time.

Don’t share content that isn’t yours (someone else’s photos, etc.).

Be decent

Kilnside is a community of potters. Don’t upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Don’t harass other users. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these basics.

The service

• Kilnside is provided “as is.” It’s in beta. Things will break sometimes.
• We’ll do our best to keep your data safe, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime or zero data loss. Back up anything irreplaceable.
• We may change features, pricing, or these terms. We’ll give reasonable notice for significant changes.

Free and paid tiers

The free tier is genuinely useful and not a bait-and-switch. Paid features (Pro, Founding Member) are optional upgrades that support development. Refund requests for one-time purchases are handled case by case — just ask.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We’ll process it within 30 days.
